I never understood the whole "protecting" the fish thing. Can you not put a filter on the pump inlet? Even with concerns of clogging, just enclose the inlet in a giant mesh filter that fish can't fit into, and is far enough away fish would never even feel the suction. Or are they saying the reservoir the water comes from might get too low and harm fish? (which in that case, humans > fish, and you can shut it off when it's no longer needed)
Same. And is a pump really required here? Aren't there other approaches to irrigation? Need to get over a hill? Can't you use a damn or tunnel or combination of that?
Evil masquerading as incompetence.
Arrest someone already.
Maybe they have, he could be sending us comms saying he is sending the military. That could mean more than one thing.
RRN has been fun reading.

It was never to protect the Smelt. That was just their cover. It was to prime the area for massive fires, land confiscation and a new 2028 Smart City.
They're not even an endangered species. You can go smelt dipping in several US states and other countries.
