Funny... but I'm not sure how I could even get in on this. I don't know any illegals, don't hang out in circles where illegals hang out, and my sole exposure to them seems to be on TV and hearing about the criminal things they do. But I guess that's good too, in its own way.
Just head to your nearest Gualmart and start making calls. Or, buy a drone and start filming around your neighborhood. If there's a 3 bedroom house with more than 5 cars in the driveway, it's most likely filled with illegals.
Or ask for a concrete pad for your patio. A legal, English speaking semi-knowledgeable contractor will come make the deal with you and you never see him again.
When the illegal group shows up make your call. Try to time it so your pad gets finished. Pay for it with proceeds.
