Make it make sense? It's called a fund-raiser. You want to get that massive budget raise to fund the war machine? You create and then fund fake enemies to scare the public into supporting those funds. They have been doing this for decades. People just didn't believe everyone telling them it was happening. Currently, Afghanistan (meaning Al Qaeda) receives $42-87 MILLION USD PER WEEK. About $5 Million per month goes to Hamza bin Laden himself. Another $5 Million or so goes to the leader of the Taliban, and no one knows how much goes to Jalani and IS.
The money that flows to Afghanistan doesn't come from USAID, either. It go s directly from the Fed Reserve to Afghanistan's central bank. So we're still paying them today. Trump hasn't ended it yet.
I can't remember his name, but the guy in camo was a major battle planner for All Qaeda/IS. I don't think he got zapped, though. I could be mistaken.
They love to SHOW -right in front our faces, because their "religion" believes in hiding in plain sight, and in their karmic law it is technically our fault we close one eye and let them get away with this. They're doing what they like doing, that's their sense of righteousness. Our sense of right is different and yet we let them get away for so long by not wanting to know, by being blind and stupid. They think we're all responsible for our lives, our world, and how they turn out and responsible for stopping others from committing crimes and taking over the country so by showing us, they put it on us. Just like the yearly grammy and superbowl with all the symbolism in our faces and we sit and watch helplessly. That's how we've all been living.
