There is no substance to this "order" from this "judge."
Judge got the 60-page complaint, and issured an order the same day.
Judge only read (if he even read it) the Plaintiff's Complaint, and did not take any information from the Defendant. Just ignored the Defendant. This was an ex-parte hearing, which means the judge met with one party to the lawsuit, but not the other party, and may not even have notified the Defendant.
This is a violation of law (Due Process). The only exception is an emergency situation where someone is in danger, which is not the case here.
The Plaintiff's claims that there will be irreperable harm if the injunction is not granted, and that the Treasury system itself will be at greater risk of hacking and subject to confidential information leaked, are not supported by anything other than empty claims by the Plaintiff.
Plaintiffs did not allege any specific injury, which means (again) the court has no jurisdiction to hear this case at all (no standing for the Plaintiff).
I would add that there is no witness testimony attesting to any of these alleged facts by the Plaintiff. That being the case, nothing in the Complaint is supported by any witness, and therefore, the judge has no jurisdiction to issue any order.
I would also add that the judge relied on false statements by the Plaintiff in making a decision, which makes this a void judgement, which should be set aside. Though, I doubt the Defendants' attorneys will go there, because "licensed attorneys" never want to rock the boat in a way that directly attacks the legitimacy of the system itself. They are part of the system, and owe their salary and career to it.

Aren't federal judges obligated to provide findings of fact and conclusions of law to support their decisions? Without this, due process of law is violated because you need it to write an appeal.
