To me this looks like a WH op or strategy being run against Judicial overreach and the Trump Team welcomes these unconstitutional decisions where even with a superficial glance from a normie, seen for what they are.
For this Awakening to have lasting meaning beyond Trumps 4 years, or even a successors subsequent 8 years, this issue needed to be tackled. And its a difficult one to reconcile with the protections built in for Article III Judges, requiring a very difficult to navigate and implement removal process.
They needed to get this in front of SCOTUS and it had to be done quickly to disarm the lawfare process early in the term, allowing the Trump Doctrine and the clean up of the death cult pedos to proceed unimpeded.
Yeah.
Just having various random people say "They dont have the authority go suck it!" doesnt help change the systemic problem of this keeps happening.
They need a legal, and unequivocal statement, assuming by the supreme court, that no - what these judges are doing violates the constitution, and can never happen again, so they dont have to keep going to court every 48 hours for the next 4 years.
And the fact these commiee judges sat back and didnt say a peep while Biden/Obama ran over the constitution and everyone's rights for 4 years already shows they are not interested in 'the law' - but only 'their side winning'.
So why wouldn’t you want a pause to investigate how and why money was spent, unless you are corrupt. So it must be these states that sued are blue states and the AGs and/or states are getting kickbacks. Follow the money!
Only the Supreme Court has equal but separate powers to do something like this. You know, how they ordered Biden to stop with the college loan forgiveness, which he just ignored. All these lower courts were "granted" powers, hereafter called "jobs". Those jobs can be taken away the same way the Legislature can take away the powers it gave the Executive to create regulations. And perhaps we should just do away with all the Federal Courts but the Supreme Court.
