I think Trump already did this. Very early in his first term, he announced that the Treasury had the FEDS books. That's ownership. Nobody questioned him about it. It's as if they didn't hear it, or heard it but ignored it.

I think he should just load the Fed up with the national debt, restore the gold standard, put money printing in the hands of the Treasury, then audit the Fed. When they find all the fraud, criminal activity, etc., force it into chapter 7 bankruptcy with US into receivership. Use bitcoin to pay off the national debt and start with a fresh new debt free country with real money, no debt, end income tax and get rid of the IRS. With government reduced by 80% the bad guys in jail, we have the dawn of a new golden age in the U.S.
