I lost a good career because I challenged this brainwashing. I cannot forget, and I struggle to forgive. All this time that has passed, and none will admit they were terrorized or manipulated and would rather just let it be in the past. I'm struggling to have sympathy anymore.

Honestly, I feel that the best we can do to raise the entire collective is to see to our own journey, with no further thought towards the fate of the willfully ignorant.
Saw this thread, and despite monitoring the forum regularly, was shocked and sad to see how many liberals genuinely believed Trump was going to come in and cancel their social security.
It really hits home the degree to which the public has been injured by fake news and the state of deep mental unwellness it's created in liberal Americans.
Pray for them, remember that they have been harmed, and know that they aren't trying to antagonize us--they really are just brainwashed.
I'll admit that I've grown weary with those who are refusing to question ANYTHING as long as it matches their view of the world.
I have infinite love and patience for those who will question something despite it being at odds with their beliefs.

People with a certain type of personality and character are attracted to MSM. Even at 17 and as a liberal kid I was able to feel something wasn't right and knew better and eventually started befriending Republicans to find out what I've missed out on.
When you feel something isn't right, you walk away from it. These people do not have that signal in their brain. Something is seriously wrong with them so don't need to make excuses for these people.

I was the only one unjabbed during Covid and you should see how they treated me.. I couldn't even go see my grandma one last time before she left Earth. They were given 8 years to wake up. It's ENOUGH already! Do we need to wait till the entire Earth is annihilated before they "wake up"? Nah...If the tide was the other way don't count on them to be so kind to us.

I have a fraternity brother of some 55 years who is a die-hard Democrat, but he fancies himself to be open-minded (watches some Fox News channel) and every so often calls me up for a few hours of kicking the political can all over the road (me being a die-hard Trumpet). He would always thank me for a different point of view.
But, ever since the election and inauguration, it is like he has left the planet. I think he has some possibly serious health problems, which he hasn't discussed with me, but as far as discussion of current events, it is like pulling teeth. He just doesn't want to deal with it. And I get the impression that he is holing up. He talks in terms of how we are going to "survive." And hopes that Democrats will be able to repair and restore the Trump changes.
He also never fails to lecture me on patriotism, and I finally ripped him a new one over that. He attempted to quote Benjamin Franklin responding to a query of what we have (after the Constitutional Convention) as saying "a democracy, if we can keep it." Of course, Franklin said "a REPUBLIC, if we can keep it." All the bad stereotypes in living flesh. It would be humorous if it weren't so pitiful.
If his health problems do not get to him beforehand, I suspect it will take until spring or summer for him to put his head out of the cave and realize the world is still turning on its axis peacefully and people are happy.
