Maybe the white mans fathers told their sons to get out and find a job while the black mans fathers.........were not there. That fact was not in the story, though. I feel black men are just as good at doing the same jobs as whites, its just they don't have to pursue jobs because of our society wanting to not insult, hurt, degrade, or any other negative adjative you can come up with against the black man. The black man is not forced to endure the same rigors as the white man in the work environment because of political correctness. America needs to stop coddling all minorities and begin bringing them into the fold of getting their teeth kicked in whenever they screw up on the job site. Whites endure that every day and it makes us stronger, blacks and other minorities wilt because their fathers were not there to teach them how to accept criticism.
