edit - There would need to be 2/3 votes to expel them from congress if I understand what I read further down the page from the link provided above. No chance we would get that to happen unless we had 3/4 control of the house or senate.

Censoring him does nothing. Vote him out and flip his seat to MAGA. And give him a proctology exam with that cane.
While I think that's appropriate, if that is the bar, then dozens more need to be censured. Some for more heinous behavior.
