The hiring managers are in a tough spot. They can't do racial profiling because they'll get sued, and the paperwork they receive from illegals always checks out anyway because (unless the verification has been fixed recently) their gov't verification tools don't work. If the verification tools get fixed I'd agree with you 100%.
They all have fake IDs. They are easy to get in the right part of town, and in many cases they're issued by corrupt employees from within the same government agencies that print the real ones. And the tools to verify don't do the job. The situation may have changed, but that's how I remember it, although it's been a while since I was close enough to HR to know.

So I had to just get the regular driver's license. But these guys can but them on the streets. Thank God for ICE!

When I was in high school I got a traffic ticket and complained about it to my co-worker, a Mexican. He told me that whenever he gets stopped, he tells the officer he doesn't have a license and he never gets a ticket because it's too much hassle for the police to deal with. Every license-holding contractor or restaurant owner has to compete with illegals who just do business without any licenses, signage or zoning laws.

I will do my part when I see the cleaning lady in my office building next week, she has a green card, but her mother and brother don't. I'll mention to her every ICE move like this. I already told her they plan on making it so that self deports with a clean record will be able to apply to come back, but those ICE deported won't be able to.
This will affect everything by removing the criminals, fewer come into the country and some will leave on their own. NYC, for example will be safer and more jobs will be available for Americans. With the removal of illegals, apartment buildings and hotels will be available which 400,000 less people, will bring the rent down. NYC not funding illegals healthcare. education, & living expenses should allow the city to clean up and without doubt make if safer. The people living in street, literally going to the bathroom on the sidewalk, having sex, and getting paid to do so will be gone! The homeless can return to the shelters if needed. People will want to visit the city and tourism will flourish. I love it! Btw, Amazon and anyone else who hired these people need to be fined or dealt with as the law requires.
