Wouldn't it be beautiful if Trump's actual goal was to shut the government down and this was all a big ploy to get the democrats to shut it down so the blame is placed on them instead? Especially after his speech where he called them out to their faces about wanting to work together to maga and they refuse to do it? They'd be walking right into a glorious trap.
