My gut tells me that Trump is looking to align with Russia/China/India against the globalist satanic powers like we currently see controlling EU/UK countries, including Turkiye, and Israel.
If these big four powers align which may mean nothing more than building relationships based on win-win diplomacy, and mutual respect, they would together have controlling influence on all agitator countries.

God is working to fulfill his promises and he will do it with those he chooses, in his time, and in his way.
