technically, revoking a visa over constitutionally protected activities such as protests is an unconstitutional act.
usurpation of a constitutionally protected right is something the supreme court will shoot down.

My thoughts exactly. I was not under the impression that immigration enforcement needed to go through the courts.

The judge doesn't have jurisdiction anyway because the defendant was immediately moved to Louisiana. The judge's filing is against the head of ICE's New York Office.

If he blocked people from exiting a building, then that crosses the line of legal protesting and enters the realm of holding someone hostage. A peaceful protest is constitutional. When it infringes on another persons mobility or freedom, the is no longer falls into constitutional protest. Therefore, his visa can be cancelled and he can be returned home. The question is, can it be proven that he was the one that blocked another person’s freedom of movement?
He's aligned with a terrorist group. I think that qualifies him to get his visa revoked.
I've only heard he barricaded a building, prevented people from leaving an entering, and caused vandalism. However I haven't been able to find anything concrete.

There are two perspectives on what a "Semite" is.
Biblical perspective -- People who were biological descendants of Shem (aka Sem) in the Bible.
