Dump the "Endangered Species Act" which has been used by the Commiecrats to prevent progress on road construction, dams, buildings, and a host of other projects, all because some Biologist found a bug, a butterfly, a plant or a Delta Smelt, that might be endangered.
And pre DEF, and electronic heavy truck diesel engines. Bring back on highway Caterpillar engines. Bring back Mack. (Not a Volvo, with a bulldog on the hood). The older trucks are selling for a premium, because they run. The new trucks, spend more time broke down in the shop, than they do making money.
Stop allowing California to dictate to the federal government, and thereby, the entire country.
Eliminate all MPG and CAFE regulations
Abolish the Biden-Harris electric vehicle mandate.
Abolish the ban on R-12 and R-22
Abolish all Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards for all classes vehicles
Eliminate ban on leaded gasoline.
Eliminate catalytic converter, EGR, and O2 sensors mandates.
Eliminate DPF's and DEF fluid mandates
Abolish the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and every other Act designed to control people or property.
Our federal government has no delegated power to regulate these things. They are in violation of the Constitution, and infringe on the rights of the People. Power delegated to government is intended only to help, not hinder, interstate commerce.
That is not a federal issue, it is a State issue. Make it illegal, and prosecute when that law is broken.
Those Acts were used to take people land, or to control what people could do with their land. They are violations of individual rights, and a violation of the Constitution.
The water issue is likely Federal because that water can flow across state borders at some point. Ask people in Pennsylvania about water from Palestine, OH.
The Waters of the United States (part of the CWA) is complete BS and needs killed. It was changed Thursday so things like a puddle in your back yard don't count, but states will still abuse it and say they are just following Federal law.

I wanted a mini-split but the regs were so tight they weren't available. Hopefully the situation has improved!
