Wow all of the work California done putting tags on poisonous sunglasses and anything with toxicity never considered their wine?
I read that strawberries and apples are our most ruined food. And two foods with the most nutrition we need, meaning if there's anything you can eat organic choose those two foods. My family in California are greenies but talk about how much they spray the dirt before they even plant the strawberries. They spray before they sprout and soon after they sprout. They don't seem to care about food or go after these policies like they do for sunglasses and other things people use.
I did read from Musk there is a robot now with a laser that can go up and down the farm rows of food and zap the weeds! No chemicals needed! I've not heard another word.
That is because Monsanto is running the FDA! RFK let's go!!!
When Carbon Robotics started up four years ago, the focus was on development of vision systems and weed identification, with an eye toward precise control. The differentiator for this startup, however, wasn’t a more precise spraying system, it was the use of lasers. In effect, the company has designed an implement — the LaserWeeder — that identifies weeds on the go and kills them with a beam.
Electrical weeding is an option for eliminating escaped weeds in numerous agricultural industries. This equipment uses a charged electrode to treat and kill weeds with high voltage electricity (up to 15 kV) as an effective and systemic form of late-season control.
Glyphosate is found in literally every edible thing we consume that's grown here in the U.S. unless it's 100% completely organicly grown and organicly finished.
In 2017, a study by the Health Research Institute (HRI) laboratories found traces of glyphosate, the active ingredient in the herbicide Roundup, in 10 out of 11 samples of Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
Flavors Tested:
The flavors tested included Peanut Butter Cup, Peanut Butter Cookie, Vanilla, Cherry Garcia, Phish Food, The Tonight Dough, Half Baked, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Americone Dream, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
I hate to say this, cause I’ve undoubtedly got several dumb moves like this still going on, but Ben and Jerry’s is up there with Target and WaPo on obvious brands to avoid like Bubonic Plague.
One of my earliest posts here was on watching out for their backdoor capitalism-based efforts to control free market companies.
I've never ever purchased their ice cream. Their whole schtick was making silly named ice creams which they marked up about 2x what they should have charged for a pint. I have no desire to pad someone's pocket book who seeks to gouge me because their ice creams come in brightly colored tubs.
But now in addition, we can confirm Ben & Jerry themselves are gay, woke, J_ws who vehemently spout pro-LGBTQ, anti-conservative, anti-white, anti-Christian and anti-Trump opinions, which are regularly reflected in their blogs, website and politically named ice creams.
C'mon! Who on his right mind sprays grapes with round up? Also those SHOCKING NUMBERS are parts per billion. There's no true Scotland there. It's like micro plastics, they're everywhere! Ubiquitous in nature make it way harder to pin point the damage it causes because of the lack of control groups.
As we all know, wine is made from grapes, and these grape plants are sprayed by Roundup. Roundup is used on every crop grown conventionally around the world. Contaminated soil can also retain these chemicals for over 20 years thereafter.
That is a blatant outright lie. There is no roundup resistant grape plant. Grapes are not sprayed with roundup. Vineyards in my area are listed with the USDA and farmers have to do extra paperwork and are restricted to certain conditions to be able to spray their row crops and pasture for up too and sometimes over a mile away if there is a vineyard.
Every crop grown conventionally? Also false. There is no publicly available roundup ready wheat, although wheat will get sprayed at maturity to kill it so that grain moisture is even and consistent at harvest. However, there are a lot of produce plants that are not roundup ready.
I don't want that shit in my food either, and yes it's the most widely used herbicide along side Atrazine (which has recently had some restrictions due to heavy runoff into streams and rivers destroying those ecosystems), but this article is sensationalism for the most part.
Glyphosate has for sure made it into nearly everything we eat, but it's not because those things are being sprayed with it.
I do also get very worried about what's the missing info about our food or even our medical treatments. I guess my take is that the amount of roundup is important, and from what I see on the news there's an hyper focus on RoundUp as if it where the most deadly product ever, while missing the forest. Have you ever wondered what other "poisons" can we be eating, some of Wich may not have as much name recognition but still pose health risks? Why so much worries about round up in vineyards, when they use way much more fungicides than herbicides -Captan, mancozeb? Did you know that this use can be so late into harvesting season that there's a real danger of contamination on wines and grape juices, raisins, fresh grapes...? And also I like to keep in mind that the spores from several fungus are teratogenic and carcinogenic, so there's an amplified risk on organic products that's not mention enough.
Glyphosate is the reason why I stopped buying American wines years ago and switched to Italian. Italian and Argentinian wines have the lowest amounts of glyphosate poison.
Now look up the practice of crop desiccation in commercial potato harvesting. Farmers spray entire fields to defoliate (think Agent Orange) prior to harvest. Supposedly it isn’t absorbed into the tuber, however, once I learned about it I buy only organic. Oatmeal is another food with higher levels of glyphosate found in some brands. It’s everywhere.
Yep! Biowaste = pasteurized human feces. A friend in Seattle says there’s a local soil product called TAGRO made in Tacoma from this recycled poop water. Just can’t see growing my veggies in the like. Even with vaxxed livestock, and iodine in fish etc. I trust animal fertilizer more than people poo....
ewwww!
There go international sales of California wines.
Maybe this will finally be the catalyst to get that crap banned. Next do GMO.

Oh, the irony.
Glyphosate is found in literally every edible thing we consume that's grown here in the U.S. unless it's 100% completely organicly grown and organicly finished.
The samples the article reported were from organic farms.
You mean there is no consistent definition of what an "organic farm" is and no one regulates it ? Who Knew ?
There’s even been published studies done that tell pregnant women that drinking wine in moderation is ok and the warnings are overblown

(Watch out for buying B Corporation products!)
This sodomy-based company was one of the earliest adopters.
We need good lists of known bad and suspected good companies and business hubs.

This makes them a permanent NO-GO in my book.
I’d hope most on here have that same opinion by now, but just making sure.
Frens don’t let frens eat poison!

I hate wine and beer
Chocolate Martini it is🍸.
Do you ever see products you buy even non edible products that says this can cause cancer in CA?
Then they do this.
It is true isn't it?
Do you know those blue and white speckled camping cups?
They said it on them.
The friends we gave it to at camp said I guess I can't use these in CA because we will get cancer.

Thanks for the tip. I’m a huge fan of Argentinian Malbecs. Good to know.

Worth being aware of, even organic is fertilized with human feces.

I doubt it’s possible to feed any living thing from it’s own waste and detritus and have it be healthy.
Including Newscum’s winery
Gyphosate causes many kinds of cancer and is also implicated in causing autism. It's very toxic.
I thought this was a clever way of saying whiny rinos until I kept reading..
Haha it's all yours.
