The concept of Q clearance was also mentioned in the recent movie Oppenheimer. It is a clearance under the DOE (ahem, that is, the department of energy, not education)
Project REDLIGHT was formed and experimentation in test flying alien aircraft was begun in earnest. A super top-secret facility was built at Groom Lake in Nevada in the midst of the weapons test range. It was code named DREAMLAND. The installation was placed under the Department of the Navy and >>clearance of all personnel required "Q" clearance as well as Executive (Presidential) approval. This is ironic due to the fact that the President of the United States does not have clearance to visit the site. The alien base and exchange of technology actually took place in an area known as S-4. Area S-4 was code named "The Dark Side of the Moon".
Real Q Clearance is knowledge directly inserted into the mind! Think the matrix! That's why it falls under the Dept. Of Energy! We live in an electrical universe!
I've been seeing this particular JFK files document (with the "Q" clearance part called out) posted all over the web/social media, implying that there's something illuminating about the circled phrase ("Q" clearance).
It's public knowledge and easily accessible to verify that there is such a thing as "Q" clearance, so what exactly is the revelation in this document with those words circled?
Is the importance of this because that David L. Christ person held a "Q" clearance, therefore he had access to higher-level secret information or something? Is this David L. Christ a central/key figure or a suspect in the JFK assassination? Are we supposed to be digging further into that guy or something?
Sorry, I'm just not understanding what the big take-away/epiphany is from this document. I really would like to know because I've seen so many people post this same document with that same phrase circled - but there's no explanation of what the importance/relevance is supposed to be.
I had a Q Clearance back in the 90's. It's DOE equivalent to Secret / Top Secret for anything to do with special nuclear materials and/or nuclear weapons development and manufacture. You need a Q Clearance just to be unescorted around special nuclear materials - say plutonium or highly enriched uranium (U-235). For different programs, there are different access levels. For example, if you work with a particular aspect of warhead maintenance, you would need additional approvals / codes on your Q badge as well as additional background checks and probably a yearly lie detector test. Regardless of clearance level, everything is "need to know" only. Just because someone has a Q Clearance doesn't automatically give them access to say warhead schematics, for example. The level below Q is L. With an L clearance, access up to confidential restricted data is possible.
I noticed the faint circle around that "Isolation" word too. These things stood out to me as well:
(1) The word "Isolation" is capitalized in the middle of a sentence - implying that "Isolation" is some type of name or title.
(2) The phrasing is that David L. Christ has been TO "Isolation" (as if it's a place / location / destination), instead of him being IN "Isolation" (such as an inmate in jail being moved to solitary confinement). Based on this bio, that guy didn't sound like he was in jail or anything - he seemed to be some high-ranking official with very high security clearances. So "Isolation" could possibly be a site/location where super secret important things are housed/stored then? Whatchu think?

Q clearance mentioned in Bill Cooper's

That phrase was referenced in Spielberg's close encounters of the 3rd kind.

Why do you guys think this is anything? I've applied to jobs that required Q clearance or the ability to get it...
I think compartmentalization is the key.

Interesting info and rare to get input from someone with hands-on experience like that. Thank you for sharing!

What is "Isolation"? It's capitalized and someone appears to have circled it with a pen.
I wonder if that's a question for the men in black? Look at the pen! Flash!

Seems possibly likely and was the vibe I got as well.
