The Federal Courts are making known that they are part of the same club: UNIDROIT. (UN initiaitve to "harmonize" civil laws.)
They are incapable of deciding a matter based on constitutional grounds, and the laws of the USA. Instead, they are usurping the position of the Executive to serve their masters. The spice must flow ....
Droit is law in French. Unidroit means Universal Law. The Constitutional Law must be upheld.
Which is very clear here: Executive branch agencies are controlled by the President as Commander In Chief of the Executive Branch. He can get into trouble if he tries to spend more money than Congress has approved to spend, but he is absolutely correct and right if he decides to spend less. No other branch of government - not Judicial, not Congress - can force more spending or make Chief Executive management decisions against the CIC's will.
This is literally the President's Constitutionally defined job they're usurping. Treason, and very blatantly unconstitutional. It shows just how openly anti-law these judges are, and who they work for really. Which is helpful long term because everyone who knows anything about the Constitution's separation of powers can see this regardless of their political brainwashing environment.

In this area it is also interesting that judges are often traveling to other jurisdictions to learn what what is. This way they can harmonize from the bench without treaty. It is very subversive.
When Trump said: judges who interpret the constitution as written, he made known that he is serious in breaking down these behind the scenes structures that subvert the application of law.
Long term, and assuming we beat this, the outcome will be very positive for Justice in the USA.

Honestly when a judge so clearly and openly breaks the Constitution's basic premise of Separation of Powers by literally trying to usurp and micromanage Executive Branch powers like this, that judge has demonstrated gross incompetence (at best) and should be removed from office while an investigation into WHY they failed every law class so hard yet managed to climb so high is underway. If they're mere;y a nepotism or rich friends appointment, "goodbye no job" but if they're actively working with others to usurp Executive powers then its treason and things get interesting. They'd be incredibly scared if they understood law right now.
Oh I'm sure they understand the law, I'm also sure that they just don't care because there is been a long period of time where they were able to do this shit and absolutely nothing happened to them. I honestly don't think the admin is letting go of all of this corrupt money that has been stolen from the American people. I think much of this is for the public consumption so that those still asleep can see the absolute corruption of our judiciary. It will make it much easier to call for military tribunals since the courts can't be trusted.
