Well you know none of the Democrat Congressmen will go along with it.
Congress "controls the purse strings" via budget of all government. Thats the issue here overall too, so this is on the nose. Courts are DEMANDING the executive branch spend more - they have no authority to do that. Congress can't either, though it can grant more money to spend, or take it away, they can't force money to be spent by the executive branch. Executive branch functions are defined constitutionally as under Executive control. Unless Trump tries to spend MORE instead of LESS and runs out of funds - absolutely not whats happening! - then the other branches have nothing to say. Micromanaging other branches unconstitutionally simply because they don't like the way things are being done by Executive is tyranny.
I say just do it. Save a ton of money and remove actual barriers to justice. I've no faith in any of the U.S. government anymore. Trump team is more like a crew you send in to clean up a murder scene.

Great idea. Do that and make sure you hire judges who support and love the Constitution.
I often wonder if any of our Judges actually read the Constitution on a yearly basis so they can be reminded of what they are in office for.....to protect America, not an idiology.
If they know it at all it's so they can avoid supporting it. Can't be accidentally setting good constitutional precedence.
There are probably a few who do.
Maybe 1%.

I imagine a vote would have to be taken to defund any court, but still-make the RINO's show themselves-as they always do-when votes come out. Keep putting the pressure on them to vote with the MAGA agenda.Maybe one day they will be primaried and defeated (the RINOs).
