If you keep inexplicably finding the same guy at multiple crime scenes involving the same people or states or syndicates, that guy is very probably a felon connected to the crimes.
And so exists this swamp strategy of re-using the same compromised judge over and over and over again in all their cases because its easier to keep a criminal group to a smaller headcount rather than expand it and risk one of the new members having an attack of conscience and ratting them all out..
So this pattern will always repeat, and when it does its a sign that the judge or DA or prosecutor is a complicit felon, and that framing should always dictate how such matters are handled.

The most likely scenario is if the story is real, a bad actor intentionally added the reporter. Its simply not possible for them to be added randomly. It calls attention to the Clinton scandal as well - and that decision by the same judge - so it coincidentally calls out how the system protects a certain party and persecutes others.
