Don't forget to take Oregano oil. Make sure your oregano oil contains 70 percent carvacrol at minimum. This is the key indicator of a high-quality and effective oregano oil. Oregano oil is basically the equivalent of a vietnam flamethrower brigade on viruses and bacteria. It completely obliterates anything it touches. Oregano is powerful stuff!
Really? I haven't planted Oregano in my garden this year, because I rarely use it in cooking. May have to rethink that.
I am growing Bidens in my side yard. Bidens are also called "beggar ticks". They are those little stickers that cling to your clothes when walking through fields. Bidens are VERY good healing plants, using the roots, leaves and flowers.
Normally, I wouldn't want a Biden within 50-miles of me. That weed named "Biden" is an exception.
If you make your own at home and want to determine the carvacrol content, you'll have to get it tested in a laboratory. But, I highly recommend looking into it!
Yes, it’s a great antibiotic. I made oregano tincture from some organic Puerto Rican oregano my MIL gave me to grow. You can dry it and use it to cook with or make tea. You can buy oregano oil capsules to take also.
Another good natural antibiotic is Usnea, you can make tincture with it or tea. I made tincture with it, it has worked great for uti’s.
I took wormwood/artemesia just as the Corona-chan was taking off in 2020. I took it for two years during the colder months and didn't catch a cold or anything. This was when anyone who "tested positive" here in Japan would be forced to stay home for two weeks and everyone in their family would have to stay home for two weeks. It was the height of the hysteria. Artemesia started getting expensive for me and I stopped taking it, then I caught something in October 2022. But for two years I didn't get sick at all and it was great. I still never "tested positive" though.
Funny you posted this. I just downloaded the book "The Cure For All Diseases" by Hulda Clarke. Many thanks to the wonderful people here who have posted about Hulda's book. It is fascinating and well worth the read. She also has the same protocol of wormwood, cloves and black walnut along with her frequency zapper. Hulda's website
Absolutely! If you haven't already tried the apple cider vinegar & epsom salt baths, give it a whirl. I cup each in the bath for at least 20 mins. I had soreness like crazy in my heels after aerobic exercise and the pain disappeared. The apple cider helps balance pH. I usually do a series of baths in a week for optimum results.

I take 1 drop each of oregano oil and frankincense oil together in a capsule with coconut oil as a carrier for spring and fall allergies..
