Video: Venezuelan Illegal Walks Into Court Facing Multiple Charges — ICE Decided Not to Wait for the Liberal Judge – Defiant Ame...
Nashua, NH – Arnuel Marquez Colmenarez, a 33-year-old Venezuelan migrant, thought he was heading to his arraignment on misdemeanor charges at Nashua Circuit
Payday for the old guy that got knocked down at taxpayer expense.
I’d take the injuries (broken hip, twisted ankle, etc.) as a badge of honor, and spin it as how I got in the way to help support freedom and apprehend evil.
Yeah, but at what price? I wonder what his injuries are and how he's coping?
Good luck with that.
This was not the planned arrest scenario, but the result of yet another perp fleeing and endangering the public. ICE may need to increase the number of agents assigned to these cases to prevent injury to bystanders, but the injury is the criminal's fault. High speed pursuit is outlawed in some areas, ostensibly to protect the public, but criminals are further emboldened to try to flee, because they have nothing to lose and everything to gain from it.
Instead of a high speed chase, they should launch a drone to track the perp to his location. He would think he lost the ICE agents.
Would be easier, cheaper, and safer for the general public
Why did none of those loitering around rush to check on the old man? I would have gone over and asked if he was OK did he want me to call 9-1-1 or did he just want help getting up? (Some people don't like fusses to be made about them so they'll say that they think they're OK and just need a little help - then you can tell if they do need EMS)
Exactly my thought… anyone could have helped the guy or checked on him.
Well they handled that very badly. They should never have approached him like that. They should have had one agent in front of him. Easy enough to do. They botched that up and and old man had to suffer. Glad they got him but that was pretty stupid.
I didn’t want to watch, due to what you said , after reading your comment I’m definitly not watching ! I got the whole picture without seeing , watching will just piss me off , not a lot , it’s not major melt down material , but stuff like this makes me shake my head . We have enough opposition catching the very few , now there’s more evidence for the idiot box as to why ice should not be doing this . If this man or anyone dies from hitting head etc on these botched up arrest , we are screwed . We needed to get rid of about 50 k criminal illegals a month , so far we got less then a thousand . Less then 1 percent ,, ugh ! These Barney moments need to stop !
Well to be fair, as the article states, they tried to quietly arrest him but the guy ran. That's on him.
They should have had him sandwiched. They just let him get ahead of them. Very bad form.
Nashua is a corrupt city run by a corrupt liberal Mayor who is destroying the city. Hopefully there is no interference going forward and ICE can continue cleaning it up.
Old dude fell like a log of wood. Sucks getting old lol
Nice. Looks like we might finally be getting an executive branch that will assert itself on behalf of the people.
Normally arrests are conducted in ways that protect innocent bystanders. I wonder why the ICE agents chose that enclosed space with civilians present to take down a perp? Surely it could have been done elsewhere... on the sidewalk outside the building... in the lobby... in the courtroom itself.
An older dude like that one on the cane is more fragile than most people and he may be injured in ways that a younger person would not. While I applaud the ICE agents arresting the illegal, the arrest itself was conducted in a haphazard way.
A good arrest strategy (they had time to plan this out) would include the possibility of the perp trying to flee. It should have been taken into consideration, since that's what most perps try to do. They didn't contain or control the arrest scene very well, IMHO. I still hold the ICE agents responsible for the older man's injuries.
Agents always need to conduct arrests with minimal exposures for innocent civilians.
Yes, they handled it stupidly. They allowed him to get in front of them in the elevator, rather than having him sandwiched in. This was a very poorly managed operation. Poor old man.
You are 100 percent right ,,( I have another comment in thread ) This makes no sense almost like it was set up to give example of why ice shouldn’t be doing this ,,,, this was a misdemeanor ,, while they are all criminals, arrest every fkn one of them, this was not an armed murderer , someone who escaped from prison etc . This actually made zero sense . Arrest him outside , follow him home , heading to store to get his beer whatever . We have thousands of dirty FBI agents under Kssh sitting around with their feet on the desk if ICE needed help . surely there was enough manpower to follow this one stupid illegal somewhere a lot safer than confined quarters like this , you are so right!!!
Thank you!
Where's the taser when you need it.
glad they caught him. still...hope the old guy is okay...
Excellent work, although inept execution..
Seems like an inordinate number of them end up in our courts for crime.
This is the way.
Old guy got chopped blocked.
Top kek!!
I'd say that was a bit overzealous. Heavy handed.
