I have a feeling white hats forced Comey to tweet that, to open the eyes of redditor and CNN watcher level normies, who in the past just called us Alex Jones conspiracy theorists and wrote off all the blatant comms we've seen.
So either Comey is forced to do this, or white hats are in full control of his account, to open eyes up to these types of comms

I'm not defending Comey for a second, but when I was in the military, 86 meant throw it away into the trash can; i.e., "86 it."
Back in the day in the restaurant biz, when we were out of something in the kitchen or bar, an appetizer, salad, entree, liquor, etc. we would say it was "86'd" so that if a customer wanted to order it the wait-staff and bartenders could tell them.
I remember the same term. It had a similar meaning in restaurant vernacular some generations ago. I hear the term in the occasional old movie.
