If documents were signed by autopen without FJB's knowledge or approval and it is proven that those actions were crimes, I wonder if the same would extend to the judges that were nominated to any bench. Were they valid? If not, can they be removed?
Charge them with Treason and of course a pile of other charges, offer them a plea deal in exchange for information and let them serve 10 years in prison instead of life or execution. That's the normal path DOJ takes. Don't waste time asking them to self incriminate, just cut to the chase.
The people driving this are politicians, they don't care about the end results. They want sound bites, and to be invited on MSM to voice how outraged they are. They don't care about solving this (imo)
I think a sitting President should pretty much have most of their powers removed after they, or their party, loses an election. Losing, then remaining in office another 2+ months makes no sense at all.
They also need to look into his a actual/serious intentions to run again. Back in 2020 we all assumed he would get cancer and then bow out leading Hillary closer to the oval. He obviously had different plans. Or was it him?
All it would take is one of them to get immunity, then they can't plead the fifth and they have to spill the beans. My choice would be the lowest one on the totem pole that can provide the receipts.
