Yup people need to get it through their heads that normies are empty spaces of gray matter. They don’t care about parades or protests. They just want their entertainment. We need to move on from them.
My normie family watched. Of course they just wanted to see if protests broke out and look at all the cool tanks and weapons, but they watched. They even heard the oath. I think it went a little over their heads but I snuck in a couple of comments.
I said how nice it was to see something so patriotic. I also told them how that oath really makes you think about what it really means to take that oath and protect our Constitution, our Country, and to do what The President says.
I successfully made them think and talk about the sacrifices our military make. It only lasted a few minutes, but I'll still take it as a win. It's a little tough being married to a normie as some of you know. We have to keep trying wherever the opportunity presents itself.
We went to the Baptist Church this weekend because friends of ours invited us. They had a luncheon afterwards.
I never speak politics with this group, they are black and brainwashed Democrats.
Someone brought up the protests and said they needed to protest when they voted not now. We remained silent.
Then someone brought up the parade and how much money they wasted.
I said you do know he paid for a great portion out of his pocket.
My husband and I got blank stares. They had no clue.
Then someone said it was for his birthday.
My husband stated now that isn't fair it was the Military's 250 Anniversary. I interjected it just happened to fall on his birthday, and they really didn't say too much about that.
At least you tried. You are correct though, it's very hard to say anything to such closed-minded people. I found out the hard way during covid that I was married to one. We thought alike on so many things it really threw me for a loop.
Since the beginning of that psy-op, he buys everything MSM pushes at him hook, line, and sinker. I'm lucky to get one tiny comment in every couple of days. I get called a conspiracy theorist every single day and he makes a point of apologizing up front to people for his conspiracy theorist wife even if I haven't said anything. I am his running joke now.
Sorry for the rant. Sometimes its nice to let go to someone else who understands.

B) June 14 Flag Day & rally, Army 250th + new personnel sworn in = like William Wallace rallying Scots for defending their homes, their country

I surely hope you are right in your assessment. But if you aren't, he will have to bring the troops back to DC and then start rounding the criminals up.
I think the reason Trump swore in soldiers was so the normies could HEAR the oath.
