The Moon rocks are not fake. The telephone conversations were in fact live, since the transmission delay to the Moon is about one second. The camera tilt (not pan) was accomplished by a spring-driven mechanism activated by a timer upon stage ignition. The Moon Buggy was designed to be folded into a compact form (developed at Boeing). The docking maneuver was practiced many times on simulators, and the astronauts were mostly former test pilots anyway. Did you wish them to fail? Photos with Hasselblad cameras with shutters adapted for gloves. There is no "etc., etc." Just a lot of people who don't care to learn how it was accomplished.
wrong, it was actuated by a controller (person) on the ground and it took three tries to get it right (which is why Apollo 17 was the first one with the great ascent footage)
Excellent news! I was under the impression that shot was a first-time try. But I am happy to learn that it was indisputably real, as news for those who think it was faked. Thanks for the correction!
You are correct. They are definitely rocks, that actually exist.

That's where they came from, and I recall reading that they were unlike any Earthly rocks.
I think the difference here is you’re trusting the testimony of known liars who had multiple incentives to lie, but may well have been telling the truth for once, who knows?
I’m pointing out that they’re telling stories, with video footage that can be, and appears to be, faked, and that I don’t trust their stories because they’re known liars.
Am I right? Maybe, maybe not. Are you right? Maybe, maybe not. Are we arguing about stories? Yes.
In any courtroom, the burden of proof is on the claimant. I’m not making a single claim, but rejecting claims. You’re the one forwarding the claims. The burden of proof is on you. My evidence that it’s fake is the same as your evidence that it’s real. Bit of a quandary there, huh?

This is the terrible effect of Radical Skepticism, the epistemological view that you cannot trust anyone to tell you the truth. It destroys the ability to learn from civilization, and even can invade one's view of family members. It finally short circuits into Solipsism, where one's own mind is held as the ultimate reality. This is a break with reality that is the basis of psychosis. I think a lot of it is fueled by foolish pride: "I'm too smart to be fooled, and I can tell that everyone is lying to me."
Moon rocks have been faked. NASA gave out fake moon rocks to foreign governments. The rocks were later discovered to be petrified wood. Why give out fake moon rocks if you have real ones?

If they can’t imagine how it was done then they think it is impossible to do. This attitude is prevalent in what call the younger generation. Keep in mind I was in high school in 1969, i watched it live on TV. The best movies of the time could not come close to mimicking the movement of the astronauts on the moon with its lower gravity. I don’t believe Musk, his case of TDS has affected his thinking, that or the drugs.
Oh, Musk's approach probably would require an inordinate number of fueling missions. That's built into the reality of his delivery-truck system design. He doesn't know how to slenderize it for the sake of an efficient Moon mission. That would take about as much money to do as it took the Apollo program who knew from the beginning it was the only way it could be done with the resources at their disposal. But, ditto. We are of an age.
