If you can’t. Then run for the board. Put forward motions at the PTA and do everything in your power to make the Administrations and School Boards lives miserable.

In my graduating class, we had a kid who always wore Army clothing -- camo pants, green Army shirts, etc. He was a fat kid and nothing close to a Ranger type of guy. He was just into Army stuff.
We voted him, "Most likely to start a war." LOL. But that was the class doing it, not a teacher.
If a teacher does it, and especially if the teacher makes fun of the kid in front of the class, it is abuse, and the teacher should be fired and sued by the family for harassment.
