Why government should have income? Well, ok lets say the government's job is to make sure the law is followed and that the country is protected from potential enemies so the government needs a police and military that requires funding, but not all libertarians agree even that those things should be government's job.

The more responsible and conservative a Nation uses the LOC, compared to others, the greater the buying power of their National Currency. This new LOC will create jobs for everyone. For a period of time. During this time, we clean up the Earth. Build Cities and Housing Harmoniously to the People. Build giant automated Greenhouses and Fisheries.

FYI - in Germany, if you're on welfare, they do periodic home inspections. If you've got a new big screen TV, they take it right then and there... because if you're on welfare, you can't afford luxury items like that.
