Can someone explain where this rumor started - and why?

Whoever is behind it has enough power to spam my entire Trending section on Twitter with nasty rumors about Trump (which, BTW, where's Elon?). This is more than simply whipping up the TDS crowd into a frenzy. Something evil is afoot.
I've suspected from the start that the National Guard actions over the past month were 1) in response to a serious national security threat, and 2) connected to Back to School season at the colleges, i.e. ground zero for protests.
Apparently something was posted on Reddit a few days ago saying, “if Trump stops making appearances, it means he’s dead,” and then deleted the post. So this smacks of coordination by whoever is behind the rumor - and they probably knew what was really going on, but needed a Friday night distraction that would extend into the weekend to overwhelm the news cycle. I hate these demons
There was also CDAN Blind earlier this week hinting that Vance would be President soon (people can look it up themselves if they want to read it). Like I said, this is way more organized and bigger than a bunch of internet retards in a frenzy. I am confident that Trump is alive and well and probably pissing off these evil scumbags wherever he is, but extra prayer doesn't hurt.
No it is a thin skin and vein condition when you get older. If my husband just taps his arm he gets a bruise like that. Trump's hand is from constantly shaking hands pressing on those fine arteries at his age. That is all it is.
Treason is punishable by hanging and threats against The POTUS are treason. Every liberal/communist that threatens the life of The POTUS must be found and executed. This must include the US. Congress, Senate and the MSM that are inciting the Insane to kill Trump.

I can see why it seems odd that Pres. Trump hasn't been in front of cameras for a few days, but that could be due to an array of things. It is a holiday weekend and he may have simply gone to one of his properties to golf and chill. Or he could be engaged in Situation Room events with military planning strategic and/or operational activities that he doesn't want the press to find out about before they're underway/completed.
There's been some pretty significant developments that have been posted on Trump's social media (TS) since he's been 'off camera' too, such as him telling the appellate judge to basically 'GFY' re: trying to block his foreign tariffs and they're staying ON, and a biggie with revoking Kamala's security detail (effective 9/1/25). Those are public announcements / decisions that (I'd think) Trump would be directly involved in and someone else wouldn't post those types of tidbits on his behalf without Trump's consent.
Stephen Miller has been out and about banging the MAGA drum about various topics in the media since Trump 'went dark' and he seems like his normal self to me. If anything had actually happened to POTUS, Miller wouldn't be able to keep his composure or fake that 'everything is normal' like that, IMO. I'd go so far to say he would likely be in a hole somewhere if that were the case. Laura Trump has been doing her show this week like normal as well.
It is a bit odd that Dan Scavino hasn't posted on his TS acct. since Tuesday, although he just got a big promotion to WH Personnel Director, so he could be knee deep in taking on that additional responsibility.
But, the biggest indicator that nothing's wrong (in my mind anyway) is that the media would be aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall over it - and covering it live - if there was some type of take-out attempt again. I mean, they were airing Trump's rally in Butler on that horrific day after not airing any of his rallies in forever, so now we know the media is getting tipped off about hit attempts and/or being told to air certain POTUS events that they usually don't cover. IMO, they would want to have some big public display of his 'death' (as it happened) to traumatize the public with and they'd be airing those images non-stop, just like they did with 9/11.
I'm guessing Trump is fine and I'm praying for him and his administration. However, how do you know it's a hoax? What proof do you have that it's a hoax? You know, the sauce that it's a hoax!
If there's one thing I've learned the hard way over the past ten years, it's that nothing ever fucking happens. I expect to see him back in the Oval Office on Tuesday, as usual, spamming up my Youtube feed with videos from the White House Youtube channel. The taste of haters' tears will be a glorious start to the week, so at least we have that to look forward to.
