Doctors in the UK presume it's some brand name for the drug in the USA, not realising the truth is simply that paracetamol and acetametophen are regional generic designations for the same formulas.
Tylenol may have additives that don't exist in the other regions, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're using some of the same chemicals as additives

Also, babies are more likely to get fevers from vaccines when they’re given the vax in one dose instead of spreading the dose out over 2, 3 or 4 shots over a period of years.

The argument is that acetaminophen wasn't invited until 5 years after the first documented case of autism.
Of course, no one is arguing that acetaminophen is the only cause of autism, simply that there is a correlation between ingestion of acetaminophen during pregnancy and autistic children.
