I looked at the article, and then I noticed "Non-Woke Actors’ Alliance" with Capital letters. In English texts, capital letters indicate a proper noun, aka a name.

I can entertain the idea that some actors would unite to create a new guild or association that kicks back against woke culture of Hollywood, etc, but actually naming it "Non-Woke Actors' Alliance"? That smells pretty bad. Way too obvious.

Let's take a look at the article, it's content and it's source, context:

1. AI-generated images of Russell, Barr and Allen together. Plus random pictures of the Actors faces, looking very much like generic pics scooped from the net. (doing source searches for each of these portrait pics would reveal, I predict, completely unrelated sources.)

2. No sources are given whatsoever. The article reads like a fiction novel would, no research journalism or evidence, saucing. Instead, a pattern commonly seen with fabricated content is used: opening assertions without any sources, then a few references to ACTUAL facts, that appear to be related but which do not actually provide any evidence to the core assertions.

By peppering in such actual facts (e.g. Barr's 'tipping point': the smash-hit reboot of her icoпic sitcom Roseaппe was caпceled overпight followiпg a series of tweets) creates the impression in the casual reader that the main assertions are somehow fact based, even though the facts do not actually provide evidence of the main assertions.

3. A variation of such facts are "quotes" from said actors. Whether these quotes are real or not can be checked. A basic simple test is to select a text string (a sequence of words) and search using " " quote marks in a search engine, like Google.

A search for this particular 'quote' from Allen reveals:

So, if Allen actually said or wrote this, why are there ZERO identifiable sources?

Let's ask Abraham Lincoln:

See? Even President Lincoln knows a quote can be fabricated. Right?

Again, peppering the <ahem> article with slightly believable quotes (reinforced by a plausible theme, but also appealing to the target audience's confirmation bias es) gives it the image of being real. Or true. Or factual.

4. Well-fleshed out narrative that generates a 'realistic feel' by providing lots of detail and developments:

Other clues: Anonymous authors for articles. Wordpress-level website structure. Use of AI generated images. Website URL unrelated to actual journalism or research "https://newlifes.drinkfood.info/2025/07/". etc. The more you dig, the more you will find!

I'm looking for the "Parody" or "Entertainment" or "Satire" disclaimer at the bottom of the web pages, but the creator(s) appear to have either accidentally omitted that or thought, nah, why bother?

So, um, GAW, if you're all excited by this amazing post and development, I've got news for you:

Hey, even I got suckered for a moment, and commented about Kirk Russell before I decided to take a closer look.

You can chalk the exciting or happy few seconds or minutes you derived from this post up to 'a nice break from the serious world of info warring and the constant fight against lies', but that's all it is (my opinion).

It's not actually real.

But boy, wasn't it fun for a few minutes there? The after-taste is probably not so great, tho.
