"An interesting word caught my eye in 10 U.S.C. Section 253.
POTUS has the authority to call in the Military to suppress any CONSPIRACY if it “opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice”.
Seems potentially relevant."

This is exactly what it has been, a conspiracy to overthrow a duly elected President.
Conspiracy charges can be filed for a wide range of crimes, including: Conspiracy to commit armed robbery, Conspiracy to murder, Conspiracy to supply drugs, and Conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud. A conspiracy is the agreement between two or more people to commit an illegal act, combined with the intent to achieve the agreement's goal. In most U.S. jurisdictions, an overt act—any step taken by one of the co-conspirators to further the plan, even if it's a legal act—is also required to complete the crime of conspiracy. Conspiracy is a separate, distinct crime from the actual underlying offense and can be prosecuted even if the main crime is never accomplished. Each person must have the intent to form the agreement and the intent to accomplish the unlawful objective of the conspiracy. At least one member of the conspiracy must take a step, or "overt act," in furtherance of the agreement.
It's absolutely a conspiracy.
Remember Strozk & his pal talking about, "That won't happen, right?" referring to Trump getting elected.
"No. We have an insurance policy."
Referring to what became known as the Steele Dossier, which Hillary & friends ordered up from a guy named Christopher Steele in the UK and was COMPLETELY FAKE. It's the one that tried to make it look like Trump was working with Russia to steal (no pun intended) the 2016 election.
It is a gigantic worldwide conspiracy to get rid of the U.S. president By Any Means Necessary, including by assassination.
And somebody better damn well do something about these people before the citizens have had enough and do it themselves, since the laws are being ignored.
Time's up.
We've had enough.
Bimbo says "He's not going to win, right?" Stork goes "No. We'll stop it."
Congressional hearing later asked James 8.Corney what that meant, who's 'we'?
Get what this fucker says:
"We, the American people—by VOTING!" he somehow manages to lie, with a totally straight face.
And they bought it.
Go to the window and yell, I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore ! What movie was that ?
That was Network, an excellent film that came out in 1976. TCM shows it periodically. Worth watching.
And conspiracy to conduct bogus impeachment proceedings!
Well, yes ....in "theory" 😁😁😁
I wonder if and how long have we been in continuity of government. Does/did that suspend constitutional rights?
I don't know the answer to either...
I'm just thankful the proverbial boat hasn't been rocked too hard so far.
Think about it...the electric grid, gas supply, gasoline/diesel, trucking, most infrastructure has been pretty solid - that's all due to COG.
It would be hard to think of a more concise description of what Trump is handling than the OP quote. It's like it was written AFTER observing the bullshit with ICE, antifa, Charlie Kirk, etc.
(FBI is in on the CONSPIRACY to assassinate both Trump and Kirk, and the ongoing coverup...but these are minor details)
Have been following Clandestine for some time. I was just on X and tried to "heart" the above post. Apparently, he very recently blocked me and I cannot imagine why. I have highly valued his content and have expressed my appreciation for his contributions. Very disappointing.
Boom. Thus endeth the lesson.
Excellent find!!!! I think it could be used in the Tina Peters case. A bit of a stretch, but any port in a storm.
There are so many laws on the books, if you dig deep enough, you can find what you need. Add a good AI and that process can happen quickly. My nephew in-law is working something along that line.
GROK estimates 24 million words in the U.S. Code. Tax code alone is 2.4 million words! The tax portion alone grew from 409,000 words in 1955 to ~2.4 million today. The CFR (Code of Federal Regulations; associated with different agencies like EPA) is a separate ~85 million words! . . There should be a law passed that states all current laws and codes be cancelled and the 1955 version be the new starting point :)
The problem remains that they will have to be tried in Civilan Courts. Ex parte Milligan says citizens of the United States who are not in the military must be tried in civilian, not military, courts when civilian courts are open and operating.
I believe Senator Graham and Justice Kavanagh went over that in Kavanagh's confirmation hearing.
This sounds like it would apply to the criminal imprisonment of Tina Peters.
