A move like that will certainly be challenged and it has to get through the courts BEFORE the pre election ballot deadlines prior to the Midterms. If they don't nuke the filibuster, the Dems will nuke it when they regain control and then pack the courts. This is no secret. The leaders of the Democrats do not realize that they themselves are being used by the radical Islamists and Communists who are riding the coattails of the chaos until they can take over. NYC was a huge shot across the bow - for Republicans and Democrats alike.
