That's what I figured, and I've wondered if people thinking there is a Q there instead was not the intention. Maybe double meanings? Just one I've always been curious about.

Perhaps the formation they're standing in isn't perfectly lined up, but you can see a perfect 45 degree angle in the logo. Which would be exactly halfway between a 10 and 11 on the clock.
