It's actually at a historical low these days. We had a poster with the historical levels for the planet and it was mostly around 3K ppm. Of course we couldn't adapt to that now, but plenty of life appeared here.

The main "finding" was the "hide the decline" chart that clearly showed that carbon dioxide increased after warming, not the other way around. When it warms, the ocean releases dissolved carbon dioxide. That was absolute proof that it was always BS.
