That's why the left is so keen on urbanization.

I know this is going to be wildly unpopular ,but I feel the need to point out that land area doesn't vote. People do. And the majority of the population of the US live in cities. 🤷♀️
Doesn't mean there are actually more liberals than conservatives in those cities, and obviously voter fraud is a real thing. I'm not arguing that it isn't.
I see people trying to argue with normies using this type of thing and it never goes over well and they end up shooting themselves in the foot with it.
It's just silly to use maps like this to try to convince people. Yeah, it's really impressive to see all that red on the map....but until dirt can vote, it's irrelevant.
Right. Our representatives need to be counted based on the amount of land owned by the voter. Problem solved. Land will be voting.

And that's just the liberals. Think of all the RINO billionaires who would do the same.

And then you have all the moderately wealthy liberals who would buy as much scrub land out in the middle of nowhere as they could.

Part of this is to say: go ahead and rule your cities and leave the rest of us the hell alone.
The reason the democrats squeeze so many votes out of the cities is that they are the ones that control all stages of the voting there, especially the counting.
Vermonter here, there are a lot of MAGA in the rural areas, mostly people who never were interested in voting before, they lined up to register for the 2016 election, to elect Trump. There is still a majority of people who do not vote, period. Trump did around 45 percent of the vote in many rural counties. We dont really have large cities at all, but a lot of villages, a lot of them, and its all paper ballot, mail in became a thing early, almost as soon as it began..I would say it is more independent than anything else.
The part of Maine that isn’t blue is largely empty…
I notice one of the poorest parts of Mississippi ---the Delta --- votes Blue and always has. Once a place of slavery run by Democrats and the KKK where slaves were not allowed to vote but today the KKK has gone underground and wears politicians suits for the Democratic Party. They still own the plantations where the descendants of those very same slaves vote Blue just so they can keep their people on the plantation. The Democratic Party are great at deception.
…and Hawaii.
There are many more than just 15 to 20 blue cities. There are at least a half dozen just in my state of NC, Raleigh, Durham, Charlotte, Greensboro, High Point, and Asheville.

Not entirely true, you see those large blue sections in northeastern AZ and northwestern NM? There aren't any big cities there. First fren to correctly guess why this is will win the the very un-coveted and extremely un-special Luminescent award.
This is probably an accurate map. But I wonder what the population ratio is red versus blue...
