They defended Maduro as an automatic Trump-did-something-bad reaction before they had time to weigh the consequences. Now all they have left is technical issues to bitch about. I've seen the protests. There's no energy, and no one looks like they believe in what they're saying, not that many of them even know what they're parroting for a paycheck, but judging by the looks on their worried faces, they know they're on the wrong side of this, and the trash-talking liberal leaders of the Democratic Party know they can't afford the blowback. Watch them start beeping like a skid loader in reverse.
