I'm not even that young anymore but hopefully will become a homeowner someday soon. Right now prices for decent places remains $400k around me with fixer upper homes at half that number. Also taxes both property and school remain problematic currently.

I pray that it means they will have to liquidate. They were all given free homes during the 2008 bail out when they were made whole and allowed to keep them. Time to return those properties back to the people who are renting them from these criminals
Think about it. They purchased homes everywhere. Why? To collect high rents? Yes, and who are they renting to? Illegals. Illegals who receive all the benefits courtesy of US. A massive guaranteed ROI. I hope theyβre forced to sell at a loss when the country is cleansed.

Great, any eta? $hit homes by me are going for $650k-$750k plus real estate taxes. The same houses that sold for $8k-$15k 55-60 years ago.
