Unfortunately, critical thinking skills are no longer taught in schools. What sane person would say, "I'm going to hit this Cop with my car and nothing will happen to me"? She was imported as an agitator. Her car was the lead car in blocking traffic on the road. The ICE agents attempted to extract her from the vehicle and instead of complying as required by LAW. She hit the gas. She knew exactly what she was doing-she just thought she would get away with it. FAFO.
The problem is she had precedent for people attacking LE and escaping consequences.
