I've been in remission for stage 3, but had a hard 2025 with some bizarre symptoms that seemed to point towards a return of the beast.
I'm working on stopping it. So, this hits home pretty hard today.
The fasting thing does slow many cancers due to warburg. But warburg effect isn't a complete picture either. It works for a month or two and then the cancer adapts like the borg. That's why you need checkpoint inhibitors too so the body's immune system can find the cancers.
Fasting is also bad because the body needs energy to fight back. Thats' why you should not fast, but instead do a VERY strict keto diet instead. As in eating bone broth, stews with no veg (beef soup), eggs, fish, shrimp, any meat or hard cheese you can eat without upsetting your stomach. And drink 3x more water than you normally do, with a tummy safe multivitamin like new chapters'. You want those minerals and B vitamins to help digest the fat and protein better. Would help also to take a diamine oxidase DAO supplement and some non carb fiber like psyllium.
