Yes.
It's referred to as such in the science. But more often as "Humanized" mice. They sew a human organ part to the homologous organ of the animal--typically mice to begin with, but sometimes other animals, bats, dogs, monkeys.
So they will 'humanize' a kidney by putting human kidney tissue right on the mouse kidney tissue and sew it together and then patch the animal back up.
Sounds like bullshit, doesn't it? It's true. They are actually doing this in science.
Its done to induce a mouse virus to 'become' a human virus and start attacking the human tissue.
It's only real purpose seems to be in making viral and possibly also (not sure) bacterial bioweapons

Many use Matthew 24:37 as an analogy for a secret rapture, there are strong biblical reasons why this passage is not a good rapture analogy.
In Noah's day, the one "taken, were taken in judgment, not rescue.
In Genesis the wicked were taken away by the flood (judgment). The righteous (Noah & family) were left alive on the earth.
If the analogy is consistent then "taken" means removed from judgment. "Left" would mean preserved to inherit the earth. This is the opposite of the popular rapture interpretation.
I use that one not as rapture although I think we might have a rapture prior to Jesus return.
There are other verses for that.

It's an anime reference. In Fullmetal Alchemist undead cultists were pretty much rooted in the deepest levels of the state government all the way to the very "son" of their leader. The state does things such as mass ritual sacrifices and coincidentally also works on things like spirit cooking and chimeras.
There's two iterations of the anime. Both are brilliant. The 2003 is more introspective and has more existential themes to it. The Brotherhood remake is more action packed and easier for casual fans and non anime fans to enjoy but because it is a longer retelling of the story it has more of the Q adjacent events in it.
Both came out years before Q was even public knowledge but if you watch them in the context of 2016 to now it almost seems like the author was either in a divine trance or was chosen by white hats for projection and programming
