I have a personal axe to grind with the late Hugh Hefner. Many, many, years ago he was responsible for "leading astray" a young man I knew into a life of debauchery. He had met this jerk at a charity function...
Now I suppose one can make the argument that this young man had these tendencies in him and that Hefner merely brought them to the surface. BUT...that man was sleazy in a way that made your skin crawl.
I don't know if this silly woman who actually married that disgusting creep actually wants to protect the idiots who slept with that slob -- or she is trying to protect (AS IF that is even possible) the reputation of that hideous pig.
Nevertheless -- one thought comforts me. The nuns used to tell us that if you lead other people into sin you're also responsible for their sins as well as your own. (Actually, both bear responsibility but it's a technical point). Imagine the countless men worldwide that Hefner encouraged to be pigs!
