Do the criminal defense attorneys get used if it’s a military tribunal? Because any court in this corrupt judicial system will throw any case against their Superman out on day 1. Military is the only way!!!! Just like with Joe…military tribunal, found guilty of treason and was executed via firing squad…most likely…if he only had half of his head left as Trump himself said.
In time dig into background of the Lawyers to see if they have any background in or with Military Justice maybe one was a former JAG if there is no prior experience noted amongst them all....I guess a Tribunal would really send them into tizzie as it's harder to brow beat 3 military judges then one civilian judge.
If the lawyers are all former Military then you could be sure Obama expects Tribunals as well.
I remember how ruthless Trey Gowdy was to Hillary Clinton during the FISA Court Hearings and thinking he was a pit bull. Something happened to him immediately following that event and he wasn’t the same since (at least from my perspective). Can’t put my finger on it, but he softened somehow.
