I've made several posts, overflowing with sauce from the Vatican's own website(!), to show that "the pope" is indeed the antichrist.
Jesus said there would be "many."
"ForMANYshall comein my name, saying, I am the Christand shall deceive many." ~Jesus, Matthew 24:5
Catholic doctrine states that "the pope is the vicar of Christ" i.e. the placeholder of Christ on earth until Christ returns.
Vicar; (n.) a stand-in or replacement.
How ironic that some of the most "Pius Catholic/Christians" are the very ones that are completely blind to BOTH Jesus Christ's words, and the STATED DOCTRINE of the Catholic Church.
"For I found all of them drunk, and none were thirsty." ~Jesus Christ
Translation: it's hard to fill a cup that's already full.
"The problem is that so many people know so many things that just aren't so." ~JT17
To those who don't see The office of the pope for what it is, decide you love God more than your preacher or priest… Decide you WANT to know.
Even the protestants don't want you reading these:
"Neither shall men say, Lo here, or lo there: for behold, the kingdom of God is within you." ---Luke 17 :21 --1599 Geneva
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, and against the worldly governors, the princes of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness, which are in the high places." -- Ephesians 6:12 -- 1599 Geneva
Remember spoke mostly about Spiritual Leaders (in the high places) and not political leaders
This is not accurate. The Church does encourage both OT and NT. At masses both are read along with Psalms. One of the highest rated podcasts in religion podcasts for the past 6 years in Father Mike Schmidt’s Bible in a Year.
All I can tell you is, I worked for several years in a bookstore. I had Catholics come to me many times asking for help in choosing a Bible. Most weren't even aware that Catholics had their own Bibles separate from Protestant Bibles. They asked me how they were different. I gave many an impromptu lecture on the differences.
My mother had a Catholic friend who told her she had never read the Bible, the only thing her church recommended they read was a prayer book.
Jesus is the Light of the world. The Bible says we are not to add to nor take away from God's Holy Word. The pope has given his corrupt version of a portion of Scripture and is putting his political spin on it. Shame on you, Leo. Woe unto you for changing God's Word to suit your agenda.
Outrage has broken out after Pope Leo appeared to quote Jesus using a passage that does not exist in the Bible.
“Jesus told us, ‘Blessed are the peacemakers, but woe to those who manipulate religion in the very name of God for their own military, economic, or political gain, dragging that which is sacred into darkness and filth.’”
The first line echoes scripture.
The rest does not appear in any biblical passage.
The Pope is being accused of using a fabricated quote from Jesus to push a political message.
In defense of the "pope", the quote is not a direct Biblical quote but in substance fits with other teachings; the main issue being here that its application to the war is open to dispute
Other antiwar-ish passages
"Those who take up the sword shall die by it"
"Turn the other cheek"
The latter part of what he said sounds like a mashup of Jesus denouncing "Scribes and Pharisees"
"Leo" could try to maybe argue more clearly that Trump's military actions do not conform to Catholic Just War criteria; I wonder if he does not because he thinks that's not an effective case
Rev 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
To be fair, this is a matter of punctuation not being discernible in an oral presentation.
Jesus told us "Blessed are the peacemakers", but woe to those who manipulate religion and the very name of God for their own military, economic, or political gain.
This is pretty clear when you stop and examine it.
Plenty of other things to complain about from the papacy.
This is why the Catholic church does not encourage its congregations to read the Bible.

Nice advice.
Plus supposedly the Pope has signed a pact with Muslim leaders.
I mean, why would the enemy want people reading truth? God’s Word. It would rather tell you what to believe. Scary stuff

Was this before or after he recommended trading your cloak for a sword ?

Doing the same thing he is saying others shouldn’t do.
Yes I totally agree.
"If anyone adds to the [words of the Revelation of Jesus Christ], God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book." Revelation 22:18
👌👌🙏🏻
Oh, I cheated and went to the back of the book as well. Not only do I know how it turns out, but I learned what a jot and a tittle were. Enlightening.
The Catholic Church has been making up their own doctrine for centuries. Don’t expect Leo to stop now.
Changing definitions , translations or even arguing against God has been their tactics from the beginning:
Genesis 11:7
"Come on, let us go down, and there confound their language, that everyone perceive not another’s speech."

He probably didn't mean the rest of his sentence to be interpreted as scripture, but he didn't make it clear. That's a bad goof.
He meant to do exactly what he did
He's NO Pope...He's a fucking Demon...
just this season's anti-christ (;
He's doing the last part real well right now...
FAKE POPE, JUST LIKE THE DUDE B4 HIM
INFILTRATION BY THE ANTI-CHRIST
Remember, remember the Q drop!
What an idiot, that's modern speech and terminology. FFS, go eat a bag of dicks you DS shill. Fuck off.
Dont be silly. "Modern speech". Not even close.
It's almost like he is talking about himself
Manipulate religion? Religion is the corrupt counterfeit of spirituality and a relatuonship with God.

He isn't referring to the same Jesus who overturned the tables of the money changers in the temple, is he?
Asking for a friend
Pope Leo: "Blessed are the peacemakers...”
Spectator I: I think it was "Blessed are the cheesemakers".
Mrs. Gregory: Aha, what's so special about the cheesemakers?
Gregory: Well, obviously it's not meant to be taken literally; it refers to any manufacturers of dairy products.
A grifter pope? How convenient?
THIS is in the Bible!
Rev 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
Just doing what Soros tells him to do.
And peace is made not kept, I see Trump as making peace. Thats gotta wake a lot of people up
Just another arm of tbe Synagogue of Satan
