IMHO, the SAVE Act (which doesn't go far enough to actually fix election issues) was never supposed to pass. Rather, it's a disclosure op to "show the people" how utterly corrupt and complicit ALL of Congress is. And, after the California OBVIOUS steals, Tulsi's report and possibly other proof is disclosed, The People will see that elections are rigged/fake and most will agree "something" must be done about it. At which time, PDJT will be forced to declare a National Emergency to protect critical infrastructure (elections) that will give him greatly expanded powers to deal with the election and voter fraud/make elections safe and secure.
You are soooo correct! That is exactly what will happen, sometime after July 4 but before Sept/Oct that way procedures will be in place for the Nov elections.

But, just because races/counties "went for Republicans" DOESN'T mean those races weren't rigged. Dr. Frank, an election analyst, showed how, in 2020 - except for a few counties in Montana or Wyoming - the results for the presidential race (and maybe some others) in EVERY county in EVERY state could be predicted based on that state's (computer-imposed) D:R ratio.
Remember how (FAR too) many down-ballot races "went for" Democrats and RINOs in the 2024 election. THAT was not organic; THAT was rigging/theft which was largely ignored by many who were focused only on the presidential race and were satisfied that the election was (mostly) "fair" solely because PDJT was allowed to "win". (Support for PDJT WAS "too big to rig", which meant stealing it would have been too obvious, so they focused on stealing more down-ballot races to hinder PDJT's presidency and the MAGA agenda [as we're seeing happen now] via "selected" Congress and state legislators, governors, judges, etc.)
Also remember, the Dem/DS/globalist/cabal narrative is that, "the US is becoming more blue". Computer-manipilated, ballot-stuffed and fake mail-in-created results that appear to "inch away" from Republucans "prove" that narrative, demoralize conservatives and give them cover to increasingly rig ("steal") more and more races.
We cannot stop fighting, calling out bsand holding our officials accountable because the enemy will not stop delaying, cheating, rigging and stealing until they are prevented from being able to do so.
And yet I still plan to vote in person on Election day after prayerful consideration of my sample ballot.

I think the color coding legend should be:
Green = hidden Yellow = partially evident Red = blatant
This could also be a map of Democrat controlled areas, heaviest populated immigrant areas, dirtiest areas, highest taxed areas, biggest crime areas, etc.
Alabama is mostly green but is totally crime-ridden.
