This order makes sure mail-in recipients are CITIZENS and are who they say they are — on top of making mail-in voting more secure

How many states use mail in ballots? (Not talking about Absentee Ballots which are different bc the voter has to ask for them,... but they should be monitored as well).
I believe we have a few of them in the west. Oregon and Washington state come to mind. They only use mail in ballots I believe.
Utah mails every single voter their ballot automatically. I hate it. But when I got my ballot for the 6/23 primary, there was a note that we would no longer be automatically receiving our ballot, by mail. Now we will have to request them....
IDK. If it has a stamp or indicia on it, without Congressional approval, that mail must be delivered. Is there a law on the books letting the PMG deliver only the mail he deems fit and necessary? It' been 30 years since I've read the DMM, IMM, POM, ASM and other various postal manuals. I'm a wee bit rusty on all the rules held within those books.
This is only for mail in ballots. I suspect the EO for the election based on national security is enough to give the PG the authority to make this decision. It's not like it's a credit card bill or utility bill he's refusing to deliver.
Well the PO refused to send us my dead brother in laws mail even though he died (a pauper) and we didn't want to go to probate for his estate. They wanted a court order and they wouldn't accept a death certificate with my husband's name on it as the contact. They did say they would hold his mail, though.

BUT... how will the postal service know who is an actual citizen and/or who is casting (mailing) the ballot?
They have agreed not to deliver ballots in states who have not implemented the voter ID laws.
So they don't have to know whether individuals are citizens or not, they just have to know whether the state is following the executive order.

Also California routinely sends a mail in ballot to EVERY "voter" to give a fair chance to everyone. Massive potential for fraud.

Blue run states, take your pick, it's pretty much divided by blue, refusing and red, providing the list to the feds.
New York, Cali, Michigan, New England states, Oregon, Washington. They'll be forced to go to the polls if they want their DSA candidates elected.
