Looks good but I can't stand the unneeded commentary dweeb in the bottom left and the comments on the screen..... ugh! It's people like this that can ruin your time at the theater.
I watched the movie as-is on Odysee last night. It's an unsettling movie. Don't expect anything really quality from Uwe Boll, who usually tries to outdo himself on creating "the worst movie ever." Citizen Vigilante is a disjointed trainwreck that shows events out of order for no particular reason full of plot holes and cul-de-sacs that go nowhere. I skipped through the pointless prostitution/mold on the ceiling scene and there's one part of the movie in which the protagonist runs another car off the road, killing its occupants, just to make a point to a corrupt judge whom he just ends up killing anyway. Boll is a retard. I expected the movie to be just him wrecking Muslim invaders the whole time, but you don't get that until the 1 hour 11 minutes mark, towards the end of the movie.
The redeeming part of the movie is that it takes true events and works them into the plot of the movie. And it makes a statement on what an abomination to humanity that Islam is which could've been more effective, but overall not too bad.
It's an unsettling movie. I truly want to believe in the good of humanity, but Islam never fails to prove me wrong.
I enjoyed it too, but even ignoring the random murder of another car's occupants for no reason, it's a poorly put-together movie. Boll tried a "Pulp Fiction" type of non-linear storytelling approach but it didn't really work.
I watched it for free.
Then I went and paid for a rental of it to support the film.
This is absolutely a film people should watch - and also support the film financially.
The movie gets worse. He has a metal bunker inside of his building and he takes out at least two dozen Interpol SWAT officers, blowing the face off of one of them. I didn't want to see that. I'd rather see Muslim rapists getting blown to pieces, but the movie didn't have enough of that. Although if it featured those UK police officers who cosplay as taxicabs and arrest people for FB posts, I wouldn't mind seeing them getting mulched because I really detest those loathsome villains. "I've been shot!" "I don't think you have mate!" That would've been good to see that crammed into the movie.
Yeah, skip the prostitution and "Is that mold on the ceiling?" scene. I fast-forwarded through that because I didn't want my daughter seeing me watching that.
I don’t think it is gratuitous violence. The main character was kind of surreal. The only scene hard to believe was the trap for “the police” when he kills the majority of them coming for him! The movie is filled with numerous real life & death experiences happening in many cities around the world. I don’t like that they call the murder of kafirs (non-believers) terrorism. Terrorism is dismissive. An act of craziness! This violence shown in the movie is purposeful. It is the religious practice of Jihad. How they spread their faith & take over countries. The only solution for people is to fear & accept their religion. The judge’s death connects that there is no Justice for the women that was gang raped or the young mother who had her throat cut in the beginning. I really comprehended the injustice & the evil. So in the end, it was cathartic for me to watch the perps & the entire family killed. Eradication. I completely understand why the movie was banned and also why Elon made it available.
Google AI Twat: "liberals lose their mind over citizen vigilante"
The Liberal and Mainstream Critique Incitement Allegations:
The film was famously banned in Germany due to its violent depiction of a protagonist targeting migrants. Reviewers across Variety and Slate argue that the film leans into extreme right-wing talking points, calling it a careless and "execrable piece of fascistic propaganda.
"The "Woke" Entertainment Wars: Liberal commentators frequently point out the irony in right-wing YouTube channels—which previously demanded that media avoid political messaging—aggressively praising this film for its politically charged, right-leaning narrative.
The Right-Wing Reception:
Wish-Fulfillment & Praise: Conversely, many conservative and right-leaning viewers have embraced the film as a brave exploration of cultural collapse and government failure. The "Unheard" Narrative: Defenders of the movie argue that it taps into a zeitgeist where citizens feel abandoned by the system, portraying the violent retaliation as an understandable reaction to real-world frustrations regarding crime and immigration.
Sometimes I like to poke the machine and see what it says...Tripe essentially...
I def wanna watch it. But the first thing I thought when I saw it is that the actor claims he is a cannibal and he is a spoiled trust fund recipient grandson of the early communist globalist families that infiltrated the country in the early 20th century.
Guessing he went against his family lineage and changed sides. Or maybe this is how the commies get their civil war after all!
Great movie in sea of Hollywood shit. Germany and the UK banned it so you know its a heater

Yeah that was the only time we're i was like "WTF that doesn't fit in" . Was odd how
Sex with the prostitute was also a weird twist
Yeah i can see that. But it was kind of real life. "You don't open the window while they shower". Kind of funny too.
Just finished watching and your thoughts summarize it all perfectly.

I watched until the blood started gushing out of that woman's neck. Grok will help me to get the gist without filling my vision with that...

Having seen clips I think I’ve seen enough for now. I don’t need the gratuitous violence, but I support those who want to see it.
