Flock is unilateral theft of liberty in it's entirety. It defies even Natural Law, and the Declaration of Independence (Inalienable Rights (Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness) Endowed by our Creator). Absolute theft of Individual Liberty on a mass scale. No warrants. No due processes. Completely against the Will of the People.....THEY have no right to prosecute anyone and should themselves be prosecuted. This is deprivation of rights under color-of-law. Me personally, I consider them acts of war against the People, and complete overthrow of our Natural / God-given Right to Liberty. Every mayor (and sheriff) of every town, who abided, needs to be removed from office.
I was waiting someone did it, I am so glad we still have heros in this nation. If they put him in jail then he needs to sue the shit of these companies.
Those cameras functionality is to get everyone doing “bad stuff” like I bet they are going to protect the bad actors, with these cameras the bad ones know where the kids go and also it is very dangerous for our national security at the same time. We can’t not allow this evil traitors to do this to us.
I know in NJ we were able to bar speed cameras on those same grounds (though they still conspicuously hang on every light) so I don't see how flock cameras are any different.
However, Philly is reintroducing the cameras, so I have no idea what's happening
It's going to take a ... Ready for it... Class action lawsuit to handle it
Globos will claim the cameras are for "public safety" yet let violent criminals out of prison on a regular basis.
I suspect that if convicted criminals were kept in prison and illegals kept out of the country there would be very little crime to watch for. Especially when you include convicting the crooked white collar crowd which is behind everything.
White collar crime and fraud is resorting this nation. People have mastered that area between civil and criminal. Most Americans who need to file lawsuits are civil and they get no representation or it’s too expensive to get an attorney for help. It’s got to stop.
Hero of the surveillance resistance. Okay, just watched part of it… this guy left evidence, flock camera parts, in his home. Somehow they discovered his car license plate number. People need to be smarter than this if they are going to take this kind of action.
It is not being used to help solve crimes. Local law enforcement have no access to the data. Even if there is a murder. I say we all start removing them
At what point do citizens start storming court houses to remove people like this from the hands of the corrupt and broken injustice system? This man is a patriot, doing his constitutional duty.

I admire that he cited a Constitutional protection. I hope and pray that some court that handles this case acknowledges this.
Real American hero.
Something a Patriot would do. We should all be so brave and bold.

No one ever asked for these, and we should not be paying with our own money for them. they all need to go.
So you’re unaware of how government works?/s
Oh noos!!!
They've got him dead to rights now!
This seems like COMs...Sovereign
u/#classywow
They will only be taken down if they catch too many illegals. Not before. Liberals will cry racism, and wa-la, they’re down.
His name checks out 😂 Sovereign.... Fucking perfect!!
