The problem is that Jack Smith is just a pawn. Throwing him in prison wouldn't do anything. We have to go after his handlers, which will be much more difficult.
It would do a lot of good. He'll squeal like a pig to try to wriggle out of prison. People like Jack don't survive prison, and he just might be smart enough to know that would be the perfect place for the cabal to have him silenced permanently.
No, he'll stay quiet. He knows what the elite cabal do with those who turn on them, and he knows he will be rewarded if he stays quiet. A few years in prison for a few million dollars sounds like a pretty good deal. Leaving him out deprives him of that opportunity. Further, it shows that how merciful and magnanimous President Trump is. We aren't like the left who uses lawfare to prosecute our enemies. We're better than that, which is what President Trump is showing here.
Then get them both? Why do we have to chose..the rat or the king rat? If both parties broke the law, why does one get a pass?

See it’s common for adults to lie, I got it, so what gets me is when You lie to the Judicial system is one thing the other thing that pisses me off is that Smith thinks he’s going to get away with it. His law license needs to be revoked too. Now his punishment will be a STRONG LETTER in his file 🫣😳
