Those who are at that cut-off can go ahead and get it, but everyone else that has paid in get's all their money back to utilize it as they see fit, Likely to insure their own retirement plans.

Our Founders never intended taxation on the fruits of our labor. We need to go back to their original intent, and get rid of Social Security, Medicare, etc.......

Well, so far. However, if nukes get used, or we have other mass casualty events, then the plan becomes questionable. Only God gets to decide who dies in order to "wake normies up", and not a White Hat in the military who would then be exceeding his/her authority, and betraying their oath. In fact, to say anyone in government has that authority is saying there are no limits to their power, and the constitution is irrelevant.

I recall the FBI guy's in the movie Die Hard stating how many hostages they could lose and it be acceptable. That is not the World I live in.

President Trump did sign the bill that banned them. Regardless, he is only human, and is subject to making mistakes. he obviously views that as one of his.

Go read Daniel Webster's statement in regards to a draft from when he was in office. He, and most of the other founders, were clear on any conscriptions being a violation of the founding principle upon which or Republic was founded, and in direct violation of the constitution, well before any of the amendment's regarding slavery were ever written.

“A free constitution of government is to be construed upon free principles, and every branch of its provisions is to receive such an interpretation as is full of its general spirit. No means are to be taken by implication which would strike us absurdly if expressed. And what would have been more absurd than for this Constitution to have said that to secure the great blessings of liberty it gave to government an uncontrolled power of military conscription?”

Do not comply. Stand up to defend your children being kidnapped by government acting outside of the limits of power granted to it by the constitution. If people stand by and watch it happen without lifting a finger to stop it, they are just as guilty and complicit as those actually abducting our children.

There is no such thing as 2nd Amendment Rights. Our elected and appointed government representatives need to understand this fact. Our rights are conferred upon us by our Creator, not by government, not by the constitution, nor by any of the amendments. The constitution and Bill of Rights simply protect our pre-existing rights from government infringement. The 2nd Amendment has 2 purposes, 1) to warn government not to infringe on the right to bear arms, and 2) to warn government that the teeth of the amendment is in the hands of the people, not government. Literally in the hands of the people.

The right to bear arms is the real protection of all your rights, including the right to bear arms. None of the amendments are for The people, they merely remind government that these enumerated rights are off limits to government infringements. The Bill of rights might only enumerate a few of our rights, but all f our rights are just as off limits, even without the government reminder.......

Not 25 FRN's, no. The purchasing power of a real dollar vs and FRN is a different as an FRN from a Peso.

Shut the FBI down, along with all the other unconstitutional Alphabet agencies on the books.

You can buy it in Idaho, unless government turns the water off and kills the ranchers and farmers off.

They have been "limiting" raw milk for decades. This is just another BS excuse, but adding in scare tactics, to boot.

In the end, it is not governments business what I buy, what I eat, what I drink, etc..........

We already have sound, lawful, and legal tender gold and silver money. Our founding fathers established it, and modern government suppresses it to control us. We do not need all these new laws, just start using the existing laws and get government out of the way.

These are already right in front of us, but are treated as commodities by government, instead of as what they really are. Sound money:

Silver 1 Dollar

Gold 5 Dollars

Gold 10 Dollars

Gold 25 Dollars

Gold 50 Dollars

This one has also been minted at the U.S. Mint, and would only need Congress to pass it to be as lawful, legal, and sound as the gold:

Platinum 100 Dollar

They have some in Palladium, as well, but I did not include them as they are redundant. As far as coins with under a dollar value, Congress can authorize the mint to make half dollar, quarter dollar, and any other denomination needed to make purchases exchanges easier.

In the end, we do not need to reinvent the wheel or fix what isn't broken when it comes to sound, legal, and lawful tender. Our founding fathers were genius enough on that front.

This is my neck of the woods. He is absolutely correct. Anyone from Idaho knows that most of Eastern Idaho is arid, and the only thing keeping it green is the water farmers and land owners apply to it.

Government, whether State of Federal, have no right, nor authority, to be preventing anyone from using the water available to them. Every parcel of land has a certain amount of water rights included with it. Without that water, most of the land will be useless for farming or cattle.

They were committing an act of war against our Constitutional Republic. They orchestrated the Sham J6, stole an election, attacked numerous cities through agents such as ANTIFA and BLM, neutered our police across the nation, worked in league with enemy nations or governments against America, and, let's not forget, funded the very biological agent that was deliberately released in an attack on the Western nations. So, COVID-19 (Biological warfare attack) and the vaccines, another direct attack on the American people.

All are elements of War.

it just goes to show that even someone who teaches Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure is ignorant in regards to Rights. There are no such thing as Constitutional Rights. Our Rights are merely protected from government by the Constitution, but are not sourced from the Constitution. The source is our Creator.

It should be stated as "constitutionally protected rights".....

  3. He betrayed the Chain of Command.
