To be honest I have seen no plan or even idea really discussed that I can think of. I'm not sure roaming the streets will do much unless it's drastic, I don't see France being successful unfortunately.
What matters most to most is money. If there were even subtle change to the money machine it might make more movement and to start change you need movement. Momentum get there eventually. Nothing illegal of course.
Love or hate, BLM is just a tool just like Antifa and who can use it and against what is a work in progress. In war, use all the tools at your disposal.
If more movements could direct they're attention to the proper "bigger" issues and opponents collectively change can happen. If divide and conquer fail then they fail as it seems this is their hailmary for the moment.
Put your emotions aside for a moment and focus on the end game and see the common enemy. They were right to change the narrative because they wouldn't stand on chance against a true class war revolt, that's something 99% can get behind. Occupy Wall Street was memory holed too soon. There are people that make more per hour than most make in their entire life. I'm not saying capitalism is a loss, but it is for most, time will tell if that is sustainable, god help us if the alternative is considered though. Why can't those on top see that, they aren't winning if they are loosing, why aren't they proud of what the accomplished and therefore prompting and encouraging it, how much money do they really need. Why are they forcing people to take the vax too? There are many out there that have lost touch with reality and hoping there's a hell for them does not fix the problem here and now today. Hoping something or someone else will save you is a huge risk but really can anyone do anything alone or must we join forces.
I thought you need silver to deal with the undead
